Ike E. Francis, PhD. has over 20 years or archaeological experience. He has the role of cultural resource manage, principal investigator and the overall responsibility of overseeing all cultural resources management projects for the firm. His professional experience includes fieldwork, supervisory roles and authorship responsibilities for projects dealing with prehistoric archaeology, historic archaeology, historic research, ethnographic studies and historic architectural and historic recordation and evaluation. Dr. Francis has conducted archaeological investigations in the Untied States southwest and midwest regions, Europe and Africa. He has years of cultural resource management experience with federal, state and local government agencies including the USDA-Forest Services, National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management, Department of Interior, City of Kansas City, and Washington County, Missouri.
